Pearisburg has no pool-hall with bowling alley. There is no Country Cookin' type restaurant, heavy bus or truck repair.

The Wades Foods building is an 18,000 sq. ft. metal building that can be used as a possible warehouse, or partioned into mini-warehouses.

The ABC Store is presently rented, but they will not stay in a location without other retailers. It is a brick building with plus or minus 7,000 sq. ft.

Built next to the ABC Store is an 8,000 sq. ft. brick building, formerly a Sears store with tire and battery that includes 2 garage doors with additional full glass front. This is the best location for a Country Cookin' type restaurant. It is located at the intersection of Rt. 460 and Rt. 100 and is centrally located for Giles County residents.

$40,000 to $60,000 worth of selected restaurant equipment is free if purchased for a restaurant, else I will keep and move. It will take me up to two months to get my equipment out of the buildings.
